At CALPAK, we want you to love your travel gear, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for unused items in their original packaging. Please note that a small processing fee is deducted from your refund to cover the cost of the return shipping label.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to locate your purchase and select the items you wish to send back.
Print Your Label
Select the reason for your return and download the prepaid shipping label provided by our system, which will be sent directly to your email.
Pack Your Items
Securely pack your unused items in their original CALPAK box with all tags attached to ensure they arrive back at our warehouse in perfect condition.
Drop Off and Track
Drop your package off at any authorized shipping location and keep your tracking number handy; your refund will be processed within 10-14 business days of receipt.
